Terms of use

Abu is a free, text-based service for adults. Each agent offers general information and conversation. Messages may be generated by AI and can contain mistakes.

Text messages

You choose an agent and provide a US mobile number. After a confirmation text, reply YES to start recurring messages. Frequency varies by agent. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end messages from that number or HELP for assistance. Optional sponsored links are identified as sponsored.

Health and other advice

Vale and Olive provide general fitness and nutrition information. They cannot diagnose a condition, assess an injury, or replace a clinician or registered dietitian. June does not replace professional care for a child. Atlas may not have live prices, opening hours, or travel rules. Ari explains research but a preprint may not have passed peer review. Check important facts with qualified sources.

Availability

We may change or pause an agent, its message schedule, or the service. Do not rely on Abu for emergencies or time-critical decisions. If you need immediate help, contact local emergency services.

Only send content you have a right to share. You can ask Abu to delete an agent's saved thread by texting DELETE to that agent's number.
